CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. Please carefully read and understand our cancellation policy outlined below:

 

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hour hours notice to cancel.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late for an appointment, may need to reschedule. 

 

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.

 

Confirmation

Upon rescheduling, you will receive confirmation of your new appointment date and time. Please ensure to keep this confirmation for your records.

Right to refuse

We will refuse service to badly matted, flea infested, biting, difficult, or potentially contagious pets. If a pet is dropped off, and we find any of these issues, we may stop work and send the pet home. 

 

Grooming can be stressful to some pets, please inform the groomer if your pet has any heart conditions or any stress related issues prior to grooming. 

 

Please keep your pet current on all veterinary recommended vaccines and heartworm prevention. Inform the salon of any changes to your pet's health.

 

Image Consent

Images of all pets may be used in online formats.
